Called Gatlin on Monday (holiday) to sign up for annual service agreement, they were able to get Rylan here Friday! He called to ask if he could come earlier than appointment and serviced both of my units. He also showed us ways to conserve usage (wear /tear), took pictures to discuss and had estimates emailed before he left.

Very knowledgeable tech. He treated me very nice and respectful, it was a very good value. Their service agreement is a very good value and peace of mind. I just wish they had a monthly plan instead of a annual plan for their service agreement. They might get a lot more people to participate if they did. He even cleaned off my buddy after he crawled on the capacitor and bit one of the terminals. Goes to show you what you find during regular maintenance.

We met Rylan first, and he explained the issues with our system. We knew it was probably original to the house anyway…so yesterday the crew came out to install the new A/C for us–Carter, Brad, Dalton and Gabe were on-time, professional, awesome at showing us how to run the new unit, cleaned up when they finished–and we already LOVE how much cooler the house feels! They made us feel like family, and we appreciate all that Gatlin has done for us!

Very pleased with the response time to change out a leaking A/C coil. Mike and his crew showed up “early,” and with all of the required parts to complete the job. Completed a removal and install of a new coil, leveled the airhandler/system, added a p-trap and cleanout, purged the drain, recharged the system and tested the running temp after the recharge. Very professional crew…Nice to have cold air again.

Preston was here within my time slot. He quickly introduced himself and did not hesitate to get right to work. He had my air up and running quickly and I was so happy with his service. So when Rylan showed up I explained everything to him he was very thorough, answered all my questions and fixed the issue (the issue that the other company didn’t fix). When scheduling an appointment to get the estimate, Crystal was kind and so helpful and got us on the schedule super fast. AJ came out on Saturday June 22nd to diagnose our problem. We received the quote Monday the 24th. We accepted the quote on Tuesday the 25th. Our entire system was replaced by Thursday the 27th! Bradley and his team were punctual and didn’t mess around while they were here. My AC was broken for over a year, we knew this summer was about to be absolutely terrible if we didn’t get it fixed. I had called and gotten quotes from 5 different companies, some extremely high and some relatively low. Gatlins estimate was mid range on the higher side but offered so much more than the lower range ones. We did not want to cut any corners and the equipment listed was definitely rated better than most for reliability and they offer financing! Point of this long review is so that people like me that are skeptical of companies charging more than they should can hopefully see that this company is one of the good and honest ones. I’m so thankful to have AC again and so thankful that this company was able to make it happen as quickly as they did. Overall 10/10 and I’m happy to have an HVAC company that I can rely on!
