AJ was able to respond and inspect furnace on same day I called. Although my unit is older, he was able to do repair. I have routine inspections by Gatlin of furnace and A/C and service is excellent every time.

Very knowledgeable tech. He treated me very nice and respectful, it was a very good value. Their service agreement is a very good value and peace of mind. I just wish they had a monthly plan instead of a annual plan for their service agreement. They might get a lot more people to participate if they did. He even cleaned off my buddy after he crawled on the capacitor and bit one of the terminals. Goes to show you what you find during regular maintenance.

So when Rylan showed up I explained everything to him he was very thorough, answered all my questions and fixed the issue (the issue that the other company didn’t fix).
