Cody got to my home on time and introduced himself. He checked my heating system and put a new filter in it. He is very nice. We really like the Gatlin Heating and Air. We had them put in our Lennox heat and air system. They come twice a year to check it’s running correctly. We appreciate their business.

Cody got to my home on time and introduced himself. He checked my heating system and put a new filter in it. He is very nice. We really like the Gatlin Heating and Air. We had the privilege of working with Rylan when we purchased our new heat and air unit. He was amazing and answered all of our questions regarding such a big purchase. AJ was able to respond and inspect furnace on same day I called. Although my unit is older, he was able to do repair. I have routine inspections by Gatlin of furnace and A/C and service is excellent every time.

Gatlin heat and a/c has helped us twice. Both times they got to us and diagnosed the problem quickly. Both technicians were very friendly, seemed to know what they were doing, and wanted to do whatever they could to get us up and running. Highly recommend using this company.
Very knowledgeable tech. He treated me very nice and respectful, it was a very good value. Their service agreement is a very good value and peace of mind. I just wish they had a monthly plan instead of a annual plan for their service agreement. They might get a lot more people to participate if they did. He even cleaned off my buddy after he crawled on the capacitor and bit one of the terminals. Goes to show you what you find during regular maintenance.

So when Rylan showed up I explained everything to him he was very thorough, answered all my questions and fixed the issue (the issue that the other company didn’t fix).
