Called, appt was made for 1st thing the next morning. Repairmen showed up early. Obtaining replacement part was quick! Gentlemen replaced and double ckd previous wrk by a diff company and corrected their issues to prevent thousands in damages that was about to happen. Stayed to make sure unit was running properly after completing wrk. Friendly, professional and quick but most important, spot on thorough wrk! Service call price was reasonably priced. Said I’d call again for future needs! Today was the 2nd call and just as previously, NOTHING BUT IMPRESSED! I was very excited to pay my bill today as it was much lower than I anticipated. As always, quick and professional service!

Rylan is such a dedicated person and so sweet dealing with a senior citizen.

The techs came out right on time. While fixing my hvac they noticed other issues that a previous hvac company had performed on my unit. They showed me the issue and how it was showing visible future problems. They fixed that as well. The techs were really nice and educated me on what they fixed. Great service!

Priced up 3 Lennox A/C systems with furnaces and worked at length to get us the best possible price of any competitor. They then set up installation within 4-5 days of agreeing to proceed and had all 3 old systems removed and all 3 new installed in ONE day. Their crews were extremely considerate, well organized, efficient, very knowledgeable, and the work quality was outstanding. Systems are performing just as expected!

Called right before 7am to get same day service, due to our upstairs thermostat not having power for about a day making the temperature 85 degrees. I called Gatlin Heat and Air because I knew they had recently added plumbing and I have used their services before and trusted their company. Seth and Dalton showed up to evaluate my hot water heater and let me know its long life of over 20 years had come to an end. They came back the next day and replaced my hot water heater quickly and efficiently. They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Will definitely be using them again for anything they can help with.

My old unit went down yesterday and I called Gatlin. Jayce came out shortly after and had everything diagnosed and quoted to me within a half an hour. I opted for a complete system replacement, and before 1pm the next day we had cold air blowing again. Thanks to Barron, Carter and Jace for the rapid install.

I want to say Gatlin heat and air also has an electrical division. They came out to my house to service my pool equipment after it went down for warranty. I will say Chris there lead person is the one that came out and he was awesome wound up replacing and rewiring my whole system because the pool contractor didn’t set it up correctly. It worked it was just not pleasing to the eye with all of the extra stuff they put in. Chris was awesome and very informative on the best ways to run the system so I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs!!!!
