The installation of my new electric water heater to replace my gas water heater was quickly done by Seth and Dalton. Gas isn’t for everyone and the replacement has given me peace of mind. Seth and Dalton answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me on information. I really appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond on the job with hauling away old materials and with customer service. Huge shout out to Gatlin Heat & Air. I recently purchased a new home and found issues with the furnace. Gatlin’s front office was quick to answer my call and wonderful to work with. Scheduling was simple – within 5 mins I had an appointment for the same day! I had text and email communications.

Mike was first to arrive and on time as scheduled. Mike was transparent and friendly – helping me understand the state of things and how we was approaching the problem. The stubborn furnace led to a few additional follow ups to test sensors, the supply, drainage and more. AJ came to support Mike as they troubleshooted the unit together. They found the issues and got the furnace back up and running smoothly. Both AJ and Mike were amazing to have working on my house. There’s no doubt Gatlin will be my go to for future heat and air needs.

Top notch company, service, sales and everything! Rylan initially came out for around 45 mins and explained everything to me and answered all my questions so I could understand it all. Installers were Carter, Bryce and Barron. They showed up early and got everything done in 3 hours! Throughoutly impressed with this company. I got three quotes from other companies and what Gatlin offered from equipment and warranty, other HVAC companies are fighting for 2nd place. It’s not even close. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a water leak in our front yard on Christmas. I called the next day and they had a job scheduled in minutes. Seth and Dalton arrived an hour later and got to work. They dug through heavy roots, found the leak, and fixed the pipe in a couple hours. They were friendly the entire time and very professional. I will recommend them and will use them in the future. AJ was quick to respond took 10 min to diagnose and fix the problem. Instead of charging me the service and call fee of around 100 dollars( no parts needed), I was offered a $140 service contract. Well worth it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

As always, Chris from Gatlin Heating & Air did an awesome job. He ran Cat 8 network cables into 4 rooms and added a power plug where I needed it. This is an older house and there are always issues that get found when the work is being done, but Chris just fixes the issue and moves on to completion

Called, appt was made for 1st thing the next morning. Repairmen showed up early. Obtaining replacement part was quick! Gentlemen replaced and double ckd previous wrk by a diff company and corrected their issues to prevent thousands in damages that was about to happen. Stayed to make sure unit was running properly after completing wrk. Friendly, professional and quick but most important, spot on thorough wrk! Service call price was reasonably priced. Said I’d call again for future needs! Today was the 2nd call and just as previously, NOTHING BUT IMPRESSED! I was very excited to pay my bill today as it was much lower than I anticipated. As always, quick and professional service!
