He came this time to do some warranty work.

I have 2 toilets that I thought needed both the flush and fill valves replaced on both. They’re the old-style, 3 gallon tanks that the feds outlawed many years ago. Seth came by, diagnosed the problems, and found I only needed a new gasket on one toilet and just a fill valve on the other. His knowledge of these old-style toilets saved me alot of money! If I were still able to do my own plumbing work, I would’ve just replaced both valves in each toilet and spent who knows how many hours doing it. Bottom line is, Gatlin doesn’t push anything on you that you don’t need. Very reliable company with great techs. Very highly recommend! Thanks Seth (and TJ)!

TJ got me a great price and then sent his best workers to do the job. They were respectful and very professional. We needed a plumber on a Saturday and Seth had the issue resolved in less than an hour of us calling for help. The service was fast, thorough, and professional.

We hired Gatlin Heat and Air for a routine maintenance on our A/C. Michael found a great deal of mold, took pictures and showed them to us. He recommended that all the ductwork should be replaced, and gave us a quote at that time. He called and schedule the replacement for the next day. Gabriel and Jace showed up on time. They managed the ‘demo’ phase incredibly well, ensuring no old dust or debris entered our living spaces. They replaced everything with R-8 insulated ducting and sealed every joint with mastic. They answered all of our questions and was courteous the whole time they were here.
